If you have been stuck for ages at the same weight and tried all the diets in the world and some of the crazy follow along videos or even bought “magic weight loss products” and saw no miracles then it’s time to call in the experts (me), cut through the fluff and get some honest advice and guidance as to how you can overcome your current struggles.
Contrary to what many people suggest, in order to lose weight and get in awesome shape you don’t need milkshakes, protein bars, extreme diets or crazy exercise routines. Some are useful tools in the right context and well worthy of consideration, however they are not necessary. Most importantly there is no magic pill that will ensure long lasting weight loss or fitness gains. In fact, most “miracle (and expensive) solutions” are designed to do exactly the opposite: give you results in the short term but then, as soon as you have a slice of cake or a few biscuits, the weight comes back on with a vengeance and then you have to start again from scratch. Not to mention the fact that some of these practices can cause long lasting damages to your metabolism.
The only thing that will work for you is to do ONLY the things that work for you.
Sure, learning how your unique metabolism works sounds like hard work and it is, however once you have mastered this you will never ever have to be “on a diet” ever again in your life and you will be able to consistently achieve your goals regardless of how they change over time.
This is the essence of what you will learn if you choose to work with me.
The “Plan & Execute” program is the easiest and cheapest way to work with me on a one-2-one basis. It has been designed for people with an extremely busy schedule or those who are already experienced exercisers that just need guidance and fine tuning to get over plateaus and finally achieve their health and fitness goals.
The program lasts 3 months during which we will get together a minimum of 4 times: we will have a 2hr initial assessment session during which we will draw up a masterplan that takes into account your lifestyle, likes and dislikes to make sure that both your nutrition and exercise plans are spot on and easy to implement.
If you follow the plan meticulously you will soon see changes to your body composition, more energy and an increased zest for life. During this assessment we will also have an exercise session to make sure your form is 100% correct thus making the workouts devastatingly effective.
The assessment session will be followed by at least 2 check-in sessions at week 4 and 8 of your program to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments. This is the least intrusive way for me to work with you. Should you prefer more regular contact then awesome, let’s do that.
We will conclude with a final session at the end of the program to define your exit strategy and consolidation of results achieved.
The advantage of this plan is that you can work entirely at your own pace at home or at the gym but with bespoke guidance and only having to find the time to meet up (online or in person) at least once a month.
Of course, support by email will be available throughout the duration of the program to iron out any kinks you might come across.
